JUAN COLÍN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
It is the NATURAL JUICE obtained from the fruit of de olive using only physical and mechanical processes at appropiate temperature conditions that do not cause disruption and have had no other treatment other than washing , centrifugation , decantation and filtration.
JUAN COLÍN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL has an aroma and a taste almost perfect.
In tasting , it has no defect. The tasting positive attributes are fruity , bitter and spicy.
Fruit : It remembers the smell and taste of healthy fruit collected at optimun ripeness.
Mature Fruit : Flavour of olive obtained from ripe fruit , generally flat odor and sweet taste.
The sweet taste is considered as the absence of bitterness or spicy.

PICUAL : Its oil has an important personality , strength , fruitness , bitterness with intense , light and spicy tones . The leave is long and ellipsoid.

Second prize in the first Provincial Competition Virgin Olive Oil. Prize Diputación de Córdoba, in the form soft fruits.
ARBEQUINA : Fruity oils , between green and yellow with flavour to apple and fresh almond . It is soft and sweet . The plant is of little force with long shoots and with few ramifications . The fruit is small, oval
and nearly symmetrical.

I tried Argentine olive oil and it is really good, but I must say extra virgin olive oil made in Spain is absolutely delicious!
